Composite ceramic linings
Composite ceramic linings are usually made of alumina powder, silicon carbide powder, etc. as the main raw materials, with rare metal oxides as flux, and are calcined at 1700℃. This material has high hardness, high wear resistance and good chemical stability, and can resist the erosion of various chemical media. It is widely used in coal transportation, material transportation systems, powder making systems, ash discharge, dust removal systems and other mechanical equipment with high wear in thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, cement, port terminals and other enterprises.
Rubber linings
Wear-resistant rubber linings are mainly made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, with excellent elasticity and wear resistance. The molecular structure of rubber enables it to absorb energy and return to its original state when it is impacted and rubbed, thereby reducing surface damage. Commonly used rubber materials include natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, etc. These materials have good chemical resistance and can resist corrosion from chemicals such as acids, alkalis and salts. Rubber linings are widely used in equipment protection in mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. They can effectively extend the service life of equipment and reduce maintenance costs.
