Dual Shield Welding Wire
Dual Shield Welding Wire design is used for welding of 904l, 904 l wire welding or similar material, also can be used for welding of ASTM 316, under the condition of no requirement of ferrite content, such as: low temperature or non-magnetic requirements. This kind of welding material at low temperature impact value is higher.
All austenitic weld structure than 316 weld crack or thermal crack is more sensitive to the cold, so should minimize when welding heat input, low interpass temperature, the parent metal with low melting.
